An example of how we have transformed an organisation’s business intelligence is our valued partner, who wanted to take full advantage of all of their data and use this to optimise their campaigns. The university has several colleges, who had their own budgets and KPIs, audiences, and stakeholders.
Crunch’s BI team created a proof of a concept dashboard, they built a layout of each of the dashboard which were hosted in a secure hub in the cloud;

The statistics from the project;
The real-time information was providing the university with the strategic view of all the campaigns in all the media channels on one screen. The campaigns were further optimised towards a personalised experience for the student candidate, and by having the live data was informing our optimisation team which meant that the student saw one cohesive campaign across its full cycle.
The dashboards have been live for around 6 months, thus meaning that there have been approximately 2.5 million data points generated by 600 campaign line items. Since the implementation of the live data dashboards for the university, there has been a significant increase in conversion rates which have been achieved with much less optimisation time.
