Kickstart Scheme Applicants Only

This role is being created through the Government Kickstart scheme; helping young people into work; to qualify for the role, you must be aged between 16-24 years old and currently unemployed and on Universal credit. Under the scheme we will offer you great training and will also offer you an opportunity to go through our Employability Skills Training, which will include supporting you with CV writing, applying for vacancies and interviewing techniques.

As part of our Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator placement, you’ll gain experience:

  • Social media campaigns, including scheduling, planning and preparing assets;
  • Data gathering and market research for prospective clients;
  • CRM database maintenance;
  • Production of marketing materials for social media and content such as blogs and posts;
  • Client-facing advertising pieces, reports and presentations;
  • Projects and team activities;
  • Standardising marketing materials according to brand guidelines.

Essential Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • This is a fantastic opportunity and a strong desire to become an expert in digital advertising is essential
  • Strong analytical thinking, mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to cope with a fast-moving, pressurised environment
  • Outgoing, fun and someone who wants to be part of a great team!
