Akamai were looking to recruit graduates for their “training in technology” project. The programme is designed to turn tech enthusiast into programmers. They were looking to hire 23 applicants to train in the Krakow Centre in Poland over a 4-week period.
At the time Akamai were not a big name in Poland. We created an applicant by engine by using a Connect, Consider, Convert approach.
In-between each stage we used retargeting to bring people back into the process.
