HGV Driver & Warehousing Recruitment
DHL tasked Crunch with developing and implementing digital media campaigns to recruit both HGV drivers and applicants for their warehousing positions within the United Kingdom.
Our key objectives were to support in:
• Hiring HGV drivers to assist with the driver crisis.
• Recruiting warehousing employees to satisfy the increased demand.
Responding to demand fluctuations within the industry, we developed plans that represented the campaigns objectives and was able to be continuously monitored, allowing for adaptations.
