BT Group’s Disability-Focused Recruitment Drive

As the UK’s leading provider of fixed-line, broadband, and mobile services, BT Group is committed to building a truly inclusive workforce. In a bold move to champion diversity, we launched a campaign designed to spotlight their inclusive working environment and demonstrate their support for employees with disabilities.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness, inspire confidence, and showcase real opportunities for candidates with a wide range of disabilities. Through powerful placements and accessible messaging, it positioned BT as an employer that embraces ability in all its forms.

The goal was ultimately to significantly increase the number of employees at BT who identify as having a disability – moving beyond awareness to real impact through inclusive hiring.
